Festive Season Order Details for Hair Health & Beauty
As the festive season approaches, Hair Health & Beauty would like to inform our valued customers about important updates regarding our order processing and office hours. We are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for you during this period. Below are the details you need to know:
Online Ordering
- Order Cut-off Date: Online orders will be temporarily disabled on the 18th of December 2025 at 12 Noon. If you wish to place an order after this date, please contact our office directly.
- Resumption of Online Orders: Our online ordering system will be reactivated on the 4th of January 2026 at 9 am. You will be able to place orders as usual from this date.
Office Closure
- Closure Period: Our office will close on the 19th of December 2025 at 3 pm and will remain closed for the festive season.
- Reopening Date: The office will reopen on the 7th of January 2026 at 9 am.
Collection Orders
- Last Order: Collection orders need to be placed by 5 pm 18th of December 2025.
- Last Collection Time: Collection must be made by 3 pm, 19th December 2025.
- Availability: Collection orders will be available starting on the 7th of January 2026.
- Important Note: Collections can only be made once you have received a confirmation of the collection time from our office. Arriving before the confirmed time may result in extended wait periods.
Delivery Schedule
- Normal Deliveries: Our regular delivery schedules will resume from the 7th of January 2026.
Browsing Availability
During the festive closure, our website will remain accessible for browsing. However, please note that ordering will not be available until the specified dates above.
