Ordering Information
To ensure your orders are processed efficiently, please take note of the following guidelines:
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders are accepted until 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Weekend and Public Holiday Orders: Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- December Holiday Shutdown: We observe an annual shutdown during the December holiday season. We kindly ask you to confirm specific dates with our office to avoid any inconvenience.
