Due to recent operational adjustments, we would like to inform our valued customers about our updated collections protocol. Please note that walk-in orders are not available for the foreseeable future. However, we have streamlined our collection process for orders placed in advance.

How to Collect Your Order

Online Orders

1. Place Your Order Online: Visit our website at Hair Health & Beauty and select the items you wish to purchase.
2. Choose Curbside Collection: During checkout, select curbside collection as your delivery option.
3. Receive Collection Notification: Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the details and time for collection.
4. Payment Options: Online collection orders are paid for online to streamline your collection.

Orders via Phone, Email, or WhatsApp

1. Place Your Order: Contact us through phone, email, or WhatsApp to place your order.
2. Request Curbside Collection: Specify that you would like to use the curbside collection option.
3. Payment Options:
   • Pay - via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please ensure you email the proof of payment to our internal sales representative.
   • Pay . via credit/debit card ask to be send a payment link for payment to be made before arriving.
