Own Courier Collection Procedure
To ensure a smooth collection process, please follow the guidelines below for all online orders:
Order Status Definitions
New Order
- “We have received your order.”
- Your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting processing.
Processing
- Your order is currently in the warehouse and is being picked and packed.
- Please note: At this stage, we are unable to provide the dimensions or weight of the order.
Complete
- Your order has been prepared and is with our dispatch team.
- Once your order reaches this status, it is ready for collection.
Collection Instructions
- Customers arranging their own courier must wait until the order status is marked as “Complete” before booking collection.
- Once the order is complete, you may contact us to request the dimensions and weight required for your courier booking.
- Collections attempted before the order reaches “Complete” status may be refused, as the order will not yet be available.
Important Notes
- Your courier must know the name of your salon and/or your account number to collect your order.
- You cannot provide only your personal name, as all accounts are registered under your business name, unless your name is your registered business name.
- We recommend confirming all collection details with your courier after receiving order dimensions.
- Please ensure your courier provides the correct collection reference and arrives during our operating hours.
